Registration Fees

Members (Lunch Included):

  • $129/person – Regular Registration
  • $179/person – Late Registration (after April 18th)

Non-Members (Lunch Included):

  • $184/person – non-member Regular Registration
  • $214/person – non-member Late Registration (after April 18th)

Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee if made more than seven (7) business days prior to the event. There will be no refund or credit granted for “no-shows” or cancelled registrations within seven (7) business days or less of the event.

Resort fee of 6% and room tax of 12% are subject to change. Group rates will be honored three (3) days prior and three (3) days following the conference, depending upon availability.

 

Resort Fees Include:

  • Free WIFI in sleeping rooms
  • Free local telephone calls
  • Free self and valet parking
  • Free use of swimming pools
  • Free use of two (2) fitness centers
  • Free newspapers

A first night room, fees, and tax deposit is due at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.  Cancellations are subject to a $25 fee.  Deposits will be forfeited if canceling less than 30 days prior to arrival.  Sun Valley Resort policy is to charge for “no shows” as well as early departures made within 7 days of arrival.

  • Platinum Member – NO CHARGE
  • Gold Member – $299
  • Associate Member – $450
  • Non-Associate Member – $600

Only registered exhibitors will be allowed to market their goods and services.

It is the policy of IHCA that business or vendor representatives must pay the Exhibitor Fee to attend, unless they are a presenter at the event.  If you are a presenter and do not desire an exhibitor table, contact grace@idhca.org.

• 2 Representatives allowed with each exhibitor registration.
• Exhibitor Reps desiring CEUs must also register and pay as attendees.
