Self-parking at The Historic Davenport Hotel is available in our garage on the southwest corner of First Avenue and Post at $25 per night per car. Valet Parking is also available at $35 per night per car.

Trade Show Exhibits
The trade show will be held on Tuesday, September 24th. All trade show table packages will include full registrations for two individuals. Check out the Exhibits page for more information. RESERVE A TABLE

Attendees
The attendee rate for an additional person is $649 for business partners. Each exhibit show table purchase has two registrations; you can add more team members at the attendee rate. All Associate Business attendees, those whose registrations are included in the table purchase and any add-on attendees, will have access to all included Conference activities, including the Dueling Pianos fun night. There is no group rate for Associate Business members.
If you do not intend to exhibit at the trade show but still plan to attend as an Associate Business member, you are strongly encouraged to add a sponsorship purchase to your registration. Your support of this event makes it possible for our provider members to stay up-to-date on the state of the sector, connect with you at WHCA’s in-person events, and participate in valuable education sessions.
