Idaho’s ANFP Dietary Manager Online Training Course

A training program approved by ANFP follows established requirements. It involves coursework in food service management, human resources management, nutrition and medical nutrition therapy, and food safety. This course is offered through the IHCA as an online course.

This online distance learning course is designed for students who are looking for a career change or are currently employed in food service but aspire to be credentialed as a Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional [CDM, CFPP]. The course provides learning experiences online, in the classroom, and in facilities with the guidance of a preceptor.

Registration is now open for the “Nutrition and Medical Nutrition Therapy for Dietary Managers” module. The deadline to register is Friday, January 30, 2015. The module begins Monday, February 23, 2015.
