ABOUT THE EVENT

Keith and Delta Holloway operated nursing facilities in Idaho and surrounding states for many years. Besides operating their own facilities, they were valued consultants and helped many facilities which faced financial or operational challenges. IHCA honors Keith’s legacy by naming our annual golf tournament after him.

Thank you Keith and Delta!

This annual fundraising event, held in conjunction with the IHCA Annual Convention, raises money for scholarships which are presented to honorary employees currently working in health care, who are returning to school to pursue their education and improve their lives.

Individual Entry Fees:

• $115.00 early bird per person (before June 9th)
• $125.00 per person late registration (after June 9th)

Group Entry Fees: 

• $350 per foursome (before June 9th)
  $410 per foursome late registration (after June 9th)

All cancellations after June 9th will be considered a donation to the IHCA Foundation Scholarship Fund and will not refunded. Thanks for your support!
