Schedule-at-a-Glance – Revised 7.8.21 HERE
Detailed Agenda – HERE
THANK YOU to our 2021 Convention Co-sponsors:
Canyon Home Care & Hospice, Red Rock Medical Supply & Red Rock Pharmacy
As a “high-risk” industry, we have chosen to implement COVID protocols that are not necessarily required by the venue or the City of Boise, but we feel are necessary to protect our members and the residents they care for. We ask for your support. ATTENDANCE WILL BE LIMITED to allow for physical distancing in ALL meeting rooms.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When registering, you will be required to select each day & ONLY ONE track you will attend. Each track/meeting room has a limited capacity. Once capacity is reached, no more registrations will be accepted for that track.
In an effort to keep everyone safe, we ask you stay in your registered track/meeting room and at your same seat for the entire day.
No food or beverages will be provided and no outside food & beverages are permitted to be brought in. You MAY bring a refillable water bottle…water bottle fill stations are open.
No breaks (except lunch) will be scheduled, in an effort to reduce large groups congregating in the restrooms and lobby area.
Masks will be required and while health crisis situations can vary, we have basic guidelines we will require:
• Prior to entering Boise Centre, everyone will be screened for temperatures utilizing thermal cameras. Anyone displaying a temperature at or above 100.3 F will be taken to a private area for a secondary screening. Persons confirmed to have a temperature at or above 100.3 F will not be permitted to enter Boise Centre.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible and sanitation stations are placed throughout the venue.
When and where possible, access shall be designated as either entrance or exit only to limit pedestrian cross traffic and encourage physical distancing.
