    To have your facility’s name sent to the State Agency for consideration to not be surveyed during the workshop, you must register by NOON MT June 3rd no exceptions!

  • Fees

    Members (Lunch Included):

    • $129/person – Regular Registration rate
    • $179/person – Late Registration rate (after July 1st)

    Non-Members (Lunch NOT Included):

    • $199/person – non-member Regular Registration rate
    • $249/person – non-member Late Registration rate (after July 1st)

    Cancellations & No-Shows
    Cancellations are subject to a $50.00 fee if made more than seven (7) business days prior to the event. There will be no refund or credit granted for “no-shows” and cancelled registration within seven (7) business days of the event.
