You Will Learn:

You find yourself continually challenged with recruiting, training, and retaining caregivers.   During the pandemic, CMS authorized flexibility to grant certain waivers related to CNA training.  This session will provide step-by-step guidance on transitioning individuals hired as nursing assistants on or after March 16, 2020 – April 30, 2021, to certified status.

We will also share how your facility can start training your own CNAs using a new online program approved by H&W. This session will also provide step-by-step guidance on how to train your own CNAs in the future.
