Per Facility Package
Includes access via Zoom to all breakout sessions hosted at the fall conference. It is available to as many individuals in the facility who would like to participate. CEUs will be granted only to those who register under the Per Facility Package. $299
Cancellations made in writing by September 13, 2021, are subject to a $25 cancellation fee per person. Cancellations made after September 13, 2021, are completely non-refundable.
Substitutions requested in writing are welcome. This series is approved for CEUs for assisted living and skilled nursing professionals who participate in the live sessions or who complete the recorded webinars through October 7, 2021. Each session with an asterisk (*) next to it is DSHS-approved for AL CEUs. All sessions are approved for SNF CEUs.

The Exhibit Showcase will be held on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, from 12 – 1:30 PM. The conference fun night event will be held at 7 PM that same evening. Setup for the Exhibit Showcase will begin at 10:00 AM that day. Each spot in the Exhibit Showcase includes one skirted table, two chairs, up to two tickets to Wednesday lunch, snacks served throughout the event, unlimited name badges to accommodate as many of your team as necessary, and potential for power access located around the room. We will try to get you close to a power source/outlet if you need power.
No assignment of tables; it is first-come, first-served when setup begins.
