Facility Registration
IHCA Convention registration is by facility/organization. This is in an effort to make attendance more affordable and also allows facilities/organizations to bring as many attendees as they can.  NOTE:  Attendees 6 and more will be additional charge.

Persons included on your registration form must be employed by the company & at the facility listed on the registration form.

REQUIRED INFORMATION: NAME, Title, & individual E-MAIL ADDRESS for EACH attendee in order to be able to register them. Please, No duplicate e-mail addresses. REVIEW FOR CORRECT SPELLING as this is how their name will appear on their name badge.

Please note that late registration (after June 30th) Tuesday lunch price will be $30 instead of $20.

· Attendees 1-5 are included in the initial base rate.
· Attendees 6+ will be charged an additional per person rate.
· Please check the appropriate checkbox to register attendance for the lunches.

Easy Ways to Submit Your Registration Payment.

Once we place your registration into our system you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please print/forward the e-mail to your Accounts Payable Department or Log-in to our web-site and pay by credit card.

REMINDER: All IHCA event registration fees must be paid in full prior to all events to receive name badges and to enter sessions. Absolutely no refunds on or after June 30th

Cancellations: Cancellations of convention registration prior to June 30th are subject to penalties. Please see cancellation policy below.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that circumstances arise to prevent you from attending the convention after you have registered. Therefore, if you cancel more than seven (7) business days prior to the event, we will gladly refund your registration fee and retain only the fees charged for add-on events and $50 for a cancellation fee. We are unable to offer any refund within seven (7) business days of the event, for cancelled registrations. We encourage you to find someone from your facility/organization to take your place if at all possible. Please contact our office, and we will consider your situation and try to find the best solution.
